Return & Exchange Policy

Return Eligibility:

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
• Sale items and customized orders are non-returnable.

How to Return:
To initiate a return, please email us at zamaanahclothing@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or the wrong size was sent. Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
