Returns & Exchanges

What we accept

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

Sale items and custom or special-size orders can't be returned.

How to start a return

Message us on WhatsApp or email zamaanahclothing@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

Return shipping is on you unless the item arrived defective or we sent the wrong thing — in that case we cover it.

Exchanges

We exchange items that are defective, damaged, or sent in the wrong size. Requests must reach us within 7 days of delivery.

If you're between sizes, check the size guide first or message us — we'd rather get it right the first time than process an exchange.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and passes inspection, we'll confirm approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

For partial-payment orders, the advance is refundable only under the terms set out in the partial payment policy.
