Processing time

Orders are processed within 2–4 business days. We don't process or dispatch on weekends or public holidays.

Made-to-order and special-size pieces take longer — we'll tell you the timeline on WhatsApp before we start.

Rates and delivery

Delivery is a flat Rs 250 anywhere in Pakistan, and free on orders over Rs 5,000.

Estimated delivery is 5–10 business days from dispatch, depending on your city.

Tracking

You'll get your tracking number as soon as the parcel is dispatched. You can also send us your order number on WhatsApp and we'll check it for you.

Delays

Courier networks slow down around Eid and during peak sale weeks. If your order is going to be materially late, we'll message you rather than leave you guessing.
